Design is all about solving problems.
I began by solving my own - how to make a t-shirt? That t-shirt became a brand, which needed a logo and a website and before I knew it I had built a clothing business single-handed.
The business fizzled out, but I’d discovered something about myself - I enjoyed designing more than anything. Design was where I could be creative and express myself.
So I kept making and learning.A long road later I got a job as a graphic designer and helped solve other people’s problems. I made some logos for some clients who asked for more, so I learned about marketing, branding and strategy.
Now, I work for myself building logos, visual identities and brand strategies for obsessive people - the enthusiasts who love what they do - who value design, but can't afford the expense of hiring an agency.
Based in Ramsgate on the Kent coast, I work with clients all over the world.
When I'm not at my desk, I'm a dad, skateboarder and petrolhead. Those things tend to keep me busy.
